Unable to connect to login server

hey guys,
i fairly new to galaxyms, i only have three rbs atm, and for some reason at random times durring the day i cant log in. i get all the way to entering my pic. and it send me back to the login screen with a message that says "unable to connect to the login server".  i dont belive its my computer because i am sometimes able to play.

help plz!!

Make a new thread in the right section of the forums.  Describe the steps you take, and what is occurring before the error.
