cant connect to the login server

OKAY i really need help so whenever i click on the GalaxyMS icon i get a message saying "We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues." i already added it to the exceptions on firewall and ive reinstalled GalaxyMS and the v83 client multiple times but i still get the message please help me :O

Did u disable your LoopBack adaptor?

i dont have a loopback adapter i checked everything

make sure its in a v83 Maplestory folder. and check to see if firewall is blocking it. ALSO on my computer the first time i ran galaxyms i got a pop up asking me to run or not to run the program, maybe you clicked no and the "do this for all future encounters" box was checked? or your fils are corrupted ( get clean .wz files) or redownload the client, or restart your computer, internet, or both.
