problems logining in

can anyone fix this bug for me i think my account is stuck even when i am using the website to fix also no use now my charactor totally stuck at the login PIN then it say unable login to the connected server pls do smth about it

Seems like there are many problems lately.. ):
but I still got my own issues >__< no idea how to resolve them ):
but the server definitely needs some change cuz I see many complains on forums lately ):
